Bridport Regatta 2017

West Bay (Broadchurch to some) once again provided a great venue for the regatta. Nature supplied the sunshine and a variety of sea states. Initially the sea was flat however, as the day progressed the wind turned and the Lyme Bay waves rose. A good day of racing was had by juniors and adults with Portland, in ‘Pulpit Rock’ finishing 7th out of the 14 gigs that participated while continuing to maintain 5th place in the Jurassic League.
