Swanage Regatta 2017

Swanage again proved to be an excellent venue for racing and viewing with clubs based on a grassy knoll overlooking the beach. Our crews fought well achieving some good results. Congratulations to all those that took part, especially the men’s A and C crews who won their races with the men’s A winning by a good many boat lengths. Pulpit Rock finished the Swanage regatta 6th of the 11 participating gigs and after the days results were added to the Jurassic Regional Gig Rowing League, Portland was 5th in the league. Thank you to Swanage Sea Rowing Club for another brilliant day.
