Evening of Espionage and cheese……lots of cheese!

I spy with my little eye, another brie-ly enjoyable evening with members of PGRC and the public. We had the fantastic Jeff Little providing us with a very fascinating presentation on the Portland Spy Ring and everyone was in gouda spirits, bringing along their very own cheese boards, wine and nibbles. Whilst everyone was busy enjoying their evening, we had some top secret, undercover judges casting their eye on the cheese boards that were brought along. All of which were brilliant but they could only cheese one winner!

Okay enough of the puns now but it really was an interesting, enjoyable evening and we must pass on our huge thanks to Jeff Little for the presentation, Royal Manor Theatre for hosting and Stylish Stitches, Box Emporium, Osprey Leisure Centre, Believe in Wellbeing Massage, Reiki and Homeopathy and also The Ranch – Weymouth for donating some wonderful prizes for our raffle which helped to generate funds for the club. 

Finally a massive thank you and well done to our members Jenny, Ann and Heather (and also our helper, Olivia) for organising and running the evening. 

We can’t wait for the next PGRC social gathering!
